He has been involved in the bakery business for many years, learning from his father, Salvatore Guzzo, who had a successful bakery located in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. At an early age he learned the trade extremely well. He decided to follow the family passion and help take over a his fathers bakery called Abbate Bakery. After ten successful years, he decided he needed & wanted a change. With passion & dedication, he opened up Belli Baci Bakery in Staten Island, New York. Ernie always strives to make NEW & CREATIVE products that customers will love. Using only the best quality ingredients, all goods are baked with LOVE daily and with no preservatives added.
